Dear Contact Centre,
Hi I understand times are difficult and you may well be operating a skeleton staff, but I am still awaiting a response to my FOI. Can you please advise when I may expect a reply?

Thanks

Yours sincerely,

Wendy Hill

Dear Contact Centre,
The request is now overdue and it is appreciated that we are in difficult times and that staff may have been deployed elsewhere however, please are you able to give me a date when the request will be answered?

Yours sincerely,

Wendy Hill

Dear St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'RV and Rates Payable at Amazon Warehouse Haydock'.

Despite prompting twice, I have not received any further information with regard to this FOI - not even a communication which advises that the matter will be delayed and an estimated date. Whilst it is appreciated set within the context of the C-19 outbreak this is not a priority an update would be appreciated.

regards

Wendy

St.Helens Council, St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council

Dear Ms Hill,

I apologise for the continued delay in receiving the information you have
requested, however the relevant officers who are able to answer your query
have been heavily involved in the provision of grant funding to businesses
in the area as a result of the pandemic and this has taken priority at
this time.

Your request for internal review was 10 working days ago, as such there is
still 10 working days remaining for a response.

However, as you have not yet received the information for the request
there is nothing that I am able to review. In these situations I chase up
the officer to whom the request is assigned to prompt a response to be
made. I contacted the officer upon receipt of your first request for
internal review and I have chased this up again today.

If I do not receive any response by the end of next week I will escalate.

Thank you

Cheryl Boland

Senior Information Management Officer
