Dear Mr Woolley,
Thank you for your request for information received on 9 January. This has
been forwarded to the capital team in the Education Funding Agency (EFA)
for reply. (The EFA is an executive agency of the Department for Education
(DfE)).
You requested the following information in relation to Free Schools in
Rugby: Have you attempted to negotiate with Urban and Civic to provide the
funding and build the consented secondary school on the Rugby Mast Site?
Please note that as you have not requested access to recorded information,
your query has not been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act.
Unfortunately, due to commercial sensitivity, we are unable to confirm
whether or not negotiations over specific site options have commenced as
releasing such information may negatively affect the department’s
negotiating position.
I hope that this response is helpful.
Yours sincerely,
Anita Hathaway
