Dear Cheshire East Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cheshire East Council's handling of my FOI request 'Rubble Waste Skip Costs'.

I have received the reply email stating this information is a commercial agreement between HW Martin and their contractors. However, this information must have been received at tender stage from HW Martin? At the original tender stage the waste section was managed by CEC as Ansa had not been established. Also CEC/Ansa must be charged a set amount per skip unless CEC/Ansa pay HW Martin on a lump sum basis every year?!

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

Yours faithfully,

Gavin Dawber
