The TFL Dashboard allows VIEWING data, but there appears to be no way to EXTRACT it.
In order to ANALYSE the data, it needs to be extractable and enterable in a spreadsheet.
TFL are misusing the exception here.

Dear Transport for London,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Transport for London's handling of my FOI request 'RTC Data for traffic light controlled junction of Southend Lane and Woreseley Bridge Road'.

I cannot download any of the information on the map in order to analyse data.

I am not permitted to use the data, due to copyright.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

FOI, Transport for London

Dear James Evans

I am contacting you in relation to your request for an internal review
concerning the response provided to FOI-2083-2425. Following your email of
21 November November a review has been carried out by an independent
review panel (‘the panel’) consisting of individuals who were not involved
in the handling of your request.

To confirm you asked for the following -

Please supply RTC data for the junction of Southend Lane and Woreseley
Bridge Road.

Please supply data for the past 5 years.

Please supply data for pedestrian injuries at this junction in the same
time frame.

Please break down the data into yearly and monthly totals for different
categories.

The response of 22 October to FOI-2083-2425 provided you with a link to
our published collision data map with advice that the map provides data on
collisions and injuries as far back as January 2017. You can use the +/-
icons to zoom in on a specific

area of the map or use the lasso function to select collisions within a
specific area.

Following your email of 21 November where you advised that you are not
directed to the information directly and you are unable to locate the
collision data, the panel have followed the link to the published data and
by using the filter for the Borough of Lewisham we were able to manipulate
the collision map to the area of Southend Lane and Woreseley Bridge Road
which you require. You are also able to filter your date ranges and the
injury categories of ‘Fatal’, ‘Serious’ & ‘Slight’.   Therefore you will
able to extrapolate the data you seek.

Please follow this link
[1]https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiZ...

Given the above the panel are satisfied that s21 of the FOIA is
appropriately engaged as the information you seek is already available in
an accessible format.

The panel hope the above response has provided a better clarity regarding
the information you seek. However if you are dissatisfied with the
internal review actions to date please do not hesitate to contact me or
alternately you can refer the matter to the independent authority
responsible for enforcing the Freedom of Information Act, at the following
address:

Information Commissioner’s Office

Wycliffe House

Water Lane

Wilmslow

Cheshire SK9 5AF

A complaint form is also available on the ICO’s website
