RPC LLP letter sent to HMT relating to loan charge
Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
Previous FOI2020/41558 request was not valid due to the first and last name not provided thus made the request invalid.
Please can i have a copy of the letter sent to HMT by RPC. Information rights unit could not find any letters under the pre action protocol as per the below paragraph sent but upon wider searches there was a letter sent.
"However, following wider searches of our records we have identified that we do hold a
copy of related correspondence from RPC LLP. The letter we have received is not a formal
pre-action letter under the relevant pre-action protocol, but we thought it would be
helpful to let you know of its receipt."
