Royal mail - Contact details
Dear Royal Mail Group Limited,
After having tried unsuccessfully to obtain contact details for various branches I would like you to provide the following information:
For each post office site, including but not limited to sorting, office, branch, delivery office, can you please provide me with the following information:
- General / Branch manager name
- Branch address (preferably broken down by road, twon, city, post code, etc)
- Telephone number
- email address
- Site reference number if applicable
Please do not limit the contact details to the type of office or building or function because I may have not provided you with the correct terminology. I would like contact details for any branch office directly or indirectly managed by royal mail.
I would be grateful if you could provide this information in a machine readable format such as csv or excel format.
If you do not understand the request or require further clarification please let me know as required under your duty to advise and assist.
If you feel that the request will exceed the appropriate limit I will expect a full explanation as to why, based on reasonable estimates, and I would expect the opportunity to refine the request so that you can provide information within the appropriate limit accordingly.

I would have thought the delivery offices and mail centres would have had a generic email address rather than just the personal email of the office manager to save the time of updating lots of mailing lists.....
i.e. WALTHAMCROSSDO@royalmail.com or something like that.
