Thank you for your email received on 6 June 2013 asking for information
about Route 434 consultation.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that
we do hold the information you require.

Please find attached comments received in response to this consultation.

Please note that in accordance with our obligations under the Data
Protection Act 1998 (DPA) some information which would identify
individuals has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act.
This is because disclosure of this personal data, would be a breach of the
DPA, specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all
processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to
disclose this personal information when the individuals have no
expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the
conditions of Schedule 2 of the Data Protection Act which would make the
processing ‘fair’.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable
to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

TfL have shown that they do not analyse correctly bus consultations - as my negative response to the 434 Sunday service is not listed here - see below.

Dear Mark

Unfortunately due to an error in our processing, one particular response
to the consultation was misrepresented in our final report.

We have now corrected this and updated the report to reflect the different
results. However, the overall decision remains the same and we are still
proceeding with the introduction of a Sunday service. A corrected version
of the feedback from this consultation is attached.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached
information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
