I can confirm that Brent Council holds the information you have

attached specification which includes the KPIs.

We can’t provide supplier details, but we can confirm that there were two
suppliers who applied, one of whom was successful.
Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start
of the contract to the current date • Start date & duration of
framework/contract? £408,205.24 is the actual spend up to end of March
2023.
