Does the council currently use rostering software?

Please state the name(s) of all rostering software used, split by the
following departments. Where no rostering software is used, please
explain how these staff are rostered:

a. Adult Services (specifically Care Professionals involved in the
delivery of Adult Care)

Staff Plan

b. Reablement Team  

Staff Plan. We will shortly be moving to People Planner.

c. Children Services (specifically Care Professionals involved in the
delivery of Child Care)

RotaMaster is used at the secure children's home otherwise Children's
Services do not use Rostering Software

d. Education (teaching Staff)

Education does not use any rostering software.  Only three staff are
employed on teachers' pay and conditions with specialist SEND
qualifications.  They work term-time hours and diarise their work
using Google calendar.

e. Environmental
       Trading Standards
       Noise and & Nuisance
       Food Safety
       Pest Control

Environmental do not use any rostering software, and have no need for
such. Any service requests are either initially handled by the call
centre, or picked up by business support from email inboxes. Work is
subsequently allocated as required, dependent on the nature of the
enquiry.

The council do not provide a pest control service.

a. Adult Services, Stored on our own servers

b. Reablement Team Stored on our own servers though we will be moving
shortly to People Planner which will be stored in the Cloud 

c. Children Services, Rota Master is remote desktop web (RDW) based,
therefore does not sit on our servers or the cloud but is accessed
through a web portal.

d. Education, N/A

e. Environmental, N/A

f. Other (please specify) N/A

We have no others
