Rostering Software

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust,

Does your Trust use a Rostering Software?

Which Staffing Groups are you using the Software for?

What Software are you using and who is the provider?

What is the contract end date with your current provider?

Is there a feed between your current Rostering software and any other IT used to source temporary staff ie Bank/ Agency?

What is the cost per annum for the Software?

Is this an hourly charge rate, % fee or a fixed annual charge?

Yours faithfully,

Carol Pawlak
