Please can you clarify and provide a definition of the term safeguarding
concern, and also what you mean by investigation ? do you mean
investigation under section 42 of Care Act?

 

The 20 working day timescale for responding to your request is suspended
until we have received further information.

 

Once you have provided clarification the 20 working day timescale will
resume and your request will then be considered and you will receive the
information requested, subject to the application of any exemptions that
might apply.

 

If you have any queries in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact
