Housing and Regeneration Directorate (Scotland) did not have the information requested.

Dear Sir or Madam,
could i be forwarded all information for monies applied for and granted to Rosehill Housing Association Ltd for the regeneration project Known as The Craigbank Clearance Craigbank Nitshill Glasgow G53

Yours faithfully,
James Crossan

Housing and Regeneration Directorate (Scotland)

Dear Mr Crossan,

Reference: FOI/08/00939

Thank you for your two emails, the first dated 09 September 2008 and the
second dated 10 September 2008. Both emails request information under the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) regarding monies
applied for by, or granted to, Rosehill Housing Co-operative Ltd from
January 2003 to the present date for the regeneration programme in
Craigbank, Glasgow.

Communities Scotland (a Scottish Government Agency) managed the
development funding programme within Glasgow until 31 August 2003 with
this responsibility transferring to Glasgow City Council on 01 September
2003. I can therefore confirm that no monies were paid to Rosehill Housing
Co-operative Ltd between 01 January 2003 and 31 August 2003 for works in
the Craigbank area. From 01 September 2003 onwards any funding would have
been administered by Glasgow City Council and as a result the information
you require for this period is not held by the Scottish Government.
However you may wish to contact Glasgow City Council at Development &
Regeneration Services, 229 George Street, Glasgow, G1 1QU who may be able
to help you further.

Furthermore, all files held by Communities Scotland relating to Rosehill
Housing Co-operative Ltd were transferred to Glasgow City Council
following the transfer of the management of the development funding
programme and so I am unable to confirm if there were any grant
applications received between 01 January 2003 and 31 August 2003. Any
applications for funding submitted on or after 01 September 2003 would
have been sent directly to Glasgow City Council who may be able to assist
you further with your query.

I am sorry that we do not hold the information that you require. If you
are unhappy with this response to your request, you may ask us to carry
out an internal review, by writing to Director General Justice &
Communities, St Andrews House, Regent Road, Edinburgh, EH1 3DG. Your
request should explain why you wish a review to be carried out, and should
be made within 40 working days of receipt of this email, and we will reply
within 20 working days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the
result of the review, you then have the right to make a formal complaint
to the Scottish Information Commissioner.

Yours sincerely,
