The request was successful.

Robert Whittaker

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide me with a copy of the "internal complaints procedure" that you are required to have by regulation 17(1) of the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations (2015) http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2015/... .

I am particularly interested in your policy on acknowledging complaints, target time-scales for determining complaints, and your policy (if any) on keeping complainants informed of your progress and any delays.

Yours faithfully,

Robert Whittaker
