Dear Thames Water,

Can you please supply me with a list showing all the occasions when a tree root blockages has been attended by Thames Water to clear / repair over the past 10 years on divinity road, oxford OX4. I ask because this blocked section of the drain causes my drains / toilets to overflow despite Thames Water promising to clear the roots.

Yours faithfully,

Gale Campbell
