Dear Denbighshire Council,
I am seeking information on the following;

1. How many people who are "No fixed abode" (NFA) have been referred to your Social Services Department for reasons listed in your safeguarding policy during the period 2016/17 and 2017/18?
2. How many people have you identified in your Local Authority area who are NFA at present?
3. How many people who have a substance abuse issue received support from Social Services in the period 2016/17 and 2017/18?
4. How many issues of concern regarding anyone who is roofless been made by a member of the Public which has resulted in the person receiving a service from Social Services?
5. How many people do you currently have on your safeguarding/at-risk register that are identified as having a substance abuse problem?
6. How many people identified under 5 are in receipt of any Social care services?
7. How many people have been discharged from any Health based service due to substance abuse that are now in receipt of services from Social Care
