Under the freedom of information act please could you kindly provide me with the following :
Since Brent Council was given the powers in April 2018, how many Rogue landlords under the Housing and Planning Act 2016 have been banned annually (Annual year being the Tax Year April - March) since 2018 ?
Under the selective licensing scheme protecting renters’ rights, how many properties have a license ?
