Thank you for your correspondence regarding your Freedom of Information
Request to the council regarding whether or not any WCC councillors/senior
officers have anything to declare with respect to the following company:
Robingold Ltd.

 

According to our records, a response to this request was sent on 14^th
April 2011.

 

As you do not appear to have received this response, I can advise as
follows:

 

The Register of Interests for current Councillors is published on the
Council’s website.  Arrangements can be made for the Registers of recent
years to be made available for inspection upon appointment to Mick
Steward, Tel: 020 7641 3134; Email: [1][email address]

 

As this information is reasonably accessible by other means, it is exempt
from disclosure under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
This is an absolute exemption and not subject to a public interest test.

 

This letter is to advise you that the remainder of your request for
information will not be processed.

 

This is because the aggregated costs of providing the information you have
requested on more than one occasion will exceed the “appropriate limit”
as stated in the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Fees and
Appropriate Limit) Regulations 2004.

 

The requests to which this aggregation applies is those received by the
council from you since 31st January 2011 i.e. within the last 60 working
days. It is estimated that the aggregated cost to comply with your request
would be £845. This falls outside of the “appropriate limit” of £450.

 

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Section 17 this
emails acts as a Refusal Notice.

 

You have the right of appeal against this decision.  If you wish to appeal
