1. Can I have all communication in any written format about the Robert Milligan statue between you?
a) Tower Hamlets Council.
b) Police.
c) Estate management companies.
d) Local elected represntatives.
2. Can you publish any documents about threats to the statue as anyone can sign a 38 degrees petition and not take any furhter action?
3. Can I have any risk assessment which you have as there was no social distancing?
4. Can you publish the media management plan as it ended up been a political event for Tower Hamlets Labour according to many?

Dear Mr Hai,

Thank you for contacting the Canal & River Trust with your request for information. The Trust has treated your request as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please see below responses to your questions.

1. Can I have all communication in any written format about the Robert Milligan statue between you?
a) Tower Hamlets Council.
b) Police.
c) Estate management companies.

Please note some of the information has been redacted Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as it constitutes as personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act.

2. Can you publish any documents about threats to the statue as anyone can sign a 38 degrees petition and not take any further action?
Please see in the attached bundle the email from the police regarding the threat to the statue.

3. Can I have any risk assessment which you have as there was no social distancing?
The Canal & River Trust do not hold this information. The lift was undertaken by the Tower Hamlets Contractor not the Trust and therefore the Risk Assessment will be held by them.

4. Can you publish the media management plan as it ended up been a political event for Tower Hamlets Labour according to many?
The Canal & River Trust do not hold this information. There was not enough time to produce one and thus messaging/media management was agreed over the phone
