Dear United Utilities Water PLC,
I'm writing to request confirmation of the dates of the roadworks carried out by United Utilities on Highfield Road, Blackpool.
The provisional dates I have are 24/04/2017 through to 18/09/2017 but I would like confirmation of the exact commencement and end dates.
