Roads maintained at Public Expense
Dear Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council,
I would like to submit a Freedom of Information request for you to
provide me with a full list (in a machine-readable format,
preferably Excel) of highways maintainable at public expense
(including adopted roads) in Blaenau Gwent .In addition, I would also
like to request a complete list of private roads and highways
within the Borough. Finally, if available, I would like a list of
roads and property maintained by Network Rail within the Borough

In response to your Freedom of Information request, please see the
Officer's partial response in the attached document. The information
provided is in regards to adopted roads.
We will provide you with the remaining information as soon as we can, and
apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
At present the Council is heavily involved in the relief effort regarding
COVID19 and some of our services have been impacted as a consequence. This
is applicable for not only services that are considered critical at this
time but also for other areas of the Council where staff have been
redeployed to assist with critical services or are suffering staff
shortages as a direct result of COVID19.
Please be reassured that we will attempt to respond to your request at the
earliest possible date. Thank you for your patience during this difficult
time.
