Please provide information on the following:
1.) when are the permanent traffic lights going to be installed and functioning?
2.) why is there a five minute delay on the lights changing?
2.) why has there been a stop on work being carried out?
3.) when are the paths including manhole covers going to be completed and made safe?
4.) why has work seemingly stopped on this project?
5.) are WCC monitoring the traffic flow and serious congestion since work began?
6.) are WCC monitoring car exhaust emissions and pollution (due to traffic being at a standstill) compared to previous readings?
7.) how have the delays impacted ambulances who attend patients and who have to relay them to the GE hospital?

I shall be keeping a close eye on developments regarding this.
The traffic congestion is horrendous and I am doubtful that it will ease even when permanent traffic lights are activated.
It would be helpful if the sub contractors were monitored by WCC to ensure that the work being carried out is of good quality and on time.
