Can sign 953 be used at a bus lane which is not a bus gate or bus only street?

If so, where should it be located within the bus lane?

Can sign 953 be used in any circumstances without sign 953.2?

If sign 953 is not authorised to be used at a bus lane should the local authority remove it?

What is the minimum size for sign 953?

If sign 953 has been used at a bus lane incorrectly, does that make any penalty charge notices issued at that bus lane unlawful?
