Dear Nottinghamshire County Council,

We would be grateful if the following information in the form of a Concise Detail Report could be provided please for the period 1st April 2011 to the present date:

1. Precise location of road traffic accidents occurring in
Papplewick parish – to avoid confusion it may be best to provide a
map with accident locations marked upon it. And for each accident:
2.Date of accident.
3.Time of accident.
4.Type of casualty – whether car driver, motorcyclist, pedestrian
5.Injury severity for each casualty – whether fatal, serious or
6.Sex of each casualty
7.Age or age range for each casualty
8.Number of vehicles involved in each accident.
9.The reference number allocated to each accident.
