Dear Michelle Cadet-Rose
I am writing to confirm that we have now completed our search for the
information you requested on 14 July 2020.
The Appraisal Summary Tables (AST) for the following road schemes are
provided as attachments. Personal details have been removed, in reliance
of Regulation 13 of the Environmental Information Regulations Act 2004.
1. A12 Chelmsford to A120 - The attached AST (dated June 2019) was used
to support the Interim Outline Business Case, used to recommend a
partial Preferred Route Announcement (PRA) between junctions 19-23.
This is expected to be updated later this year.
2. A47 Thickthorn Junction - An updated Appraisal Summary Table is
expected to be produced later this year.
3. M11 Junction 7a
4. A47 Guyhirn Junction - An updated Appraisal Summary Table is expected
to be produced later this year.
5. M25 Junction 25
6. A47 Wansford to Sutton - An updated Appraisal Summary Table is
expected to be produced later this year.

submission.
The A5 Towcester Relief Road does not have an Appraisal Summary Table as
it is being developed under different governance arrangements. The M5
Junction 10 and Link Road (Gloucestershire) (HIF) scheme is being
delivered by the Local Authority, therefore under Regulation 12(4)a, we
are unable to provide this data as we do not hold it. In relation to the
HIF scheme, please request directly from the local authority in the area
concerned.
There are no links to where the information is publicly available,
therefore under Regulation 12(4)a, we are unable to provide.
If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request you may ask
for an internal review within 40 days for Environmental Information
Regulations requests.
Our internal review process is available at:
[1]https://www.gov.uk/government/organisati...
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a

Dear Michelle Cadet-Rose
In your recent EIR request dated 14 July 2020 (reference number 101255),
you requested the AST for a number of HE projects, one of which was A5

In our response to you dated 12 August 2020, we advised that we did not
have an AST for this project.
I am pleased to advise that we do have an AST for this project, and this
is now attached. My sincere apologies for this oversight.
If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request you may ask
for an internal review within 40 days for Environmental Information
Regulations requests.
Our internal review process is available at:
