Thank you for your request for information received on 06 December 2021
concerning A413 London Road - Safety Inspection Report.

On 9th November you initiated removal process of a peaceful
non-obstructive protest camp on the A413 London Rd just south of
Wendover.  This was said to be following a road safety report.  Please
could you end me a copy of this report.

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. I need further details
from you in order to identify and locate the information. Therefore, I
should be grateful if you

We are not currently aware of a Road Safety Report to which you
refer. Please can you clarify as to where it was said this had taken
place.

Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to progress your
request.  If we do not hear from you within one month then I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed.

On 1 April 2020, the new Buckinghamshire Council replaced the five former
councils in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury Vale District Council,
Buckinghamshire County Council, Chiltern District Council, South Bucks
District Council and Wycombe District Council).

All local government services previously provided by the former councils
have now transferred to the new council.

Good morning
 
Thank you for your email. To clarify; we are are aware of the camp but we
are not aware of any road safety report.
 
Can you please advise please advise where it was said to be following a
road safety report, as per your original request.
