Dear Place FOI,

I am disappointed that my request has not been fulfilled as yet. By law a FOI request should be dealt with promptly.

Whilst I appreciate that you claim to have needed to get permissions from Network Rail, I cannot see the relevance of this in terms of a delay in responding.

Please could you give an indication of when I will receive the requested document?

Yours sincerely,

Colin Brown
