Dear Southend on Sea Borough Council,

I am requesting the data you hold on Progress Road, road and pavement maintenance schedules, inspection reports and defect repairs specifically including potholes and road surfaces.

I am requesting data for the full stretch of road, specifically the on going and reoccurring pot hole outside Lidl in the direction of A127. I wish for data held between August 2018 to present and including data regarding when this particular pot hole .

I specifically request details of when this pothole has been reported by both the public and as part of routine inspections.

In response to your Freedom of information request number 8275, in which
you asked the following questions

 

1.  I am requesting the data you hold on Progress Road,  road and pavement
maintenance schedules, inspection reports and defect repairs specifically
including potholes and road surfaces.

I can confirm that a search for the information has been completed.
