Road Maintenance History for B2146 from South Harting to junction of B2141

We're waiting for Clive Foskett to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear West Sussex County Council,

Freedom of Information Act - Request for Information

Under the general requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you would provide the following information in relation to the B2146 Road at South Harting and its junction with the B2141, and in particular the section of the B2146 between Tipper Lane and the B2141 junction.

I would like the following information included, as shown below, for the period from ---
1st DEC. 2016 up to 5TH MAR. 2017

Dates of all safety inspections undertaken on the carriageway.

Details of all carriageway defects identified during safety inspections.

Details of how carriageway safety inspections are undertaken, including whether walked or driven, the speed of the inspection vehicle and the number of persons in the vehicle.

The intended frequency of carriageway safety inspections.

Details of all complaints and/or enquiries relating to the carriageway.

The hierarchy classification.

The road/section number.

The defect intervention criteria adopted in relation to the identification of all categories of carriageway potholes.

The time period(s) adopted between identification and repair (temporary and permanent) of all categories of carriageway defects.

Whether or not the authority has formally adopted all or part of the standards contained within the national code of practice for highways maintenance management.

Dear Mr Foskett,

officers for a response. The usual timescale for a response is twenty
