Under the general requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you would provide me with the following information in relation to Shay Lane, Hale Barns, and in particular the section between Ash Lane and Thorley lane"
- The dates of all safety inspections undertaken on the carriageway in the last two years.
- The Details of all carriageway defects identified during safety inspections in the last two years.
- Details of how carriageway safety inspections are undertaken, including whether walked or driven, the speed of the inspection vehicle and the number of persons in the vehicle.
- The intended frequency of carriageway safety inspections.
- Details of all complaints and/or enquiries relating to the carriageway, received in the last two years.

Thank you for your email where you requested information regarding Shay
Lane, Hale.

 

Responses are as follows:

 

1)   I have attached copies of the inspection (condition survey),
enquiries and maintenance for the whole of Shay Lane for the period
between the 14^th February 2016 until the 28^th of February 2018.

 

2)   Shay Lane is inspected on a walked three monthly frequency which has
been adhered to.

      

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to: Information Governance
