Dear Transport for London,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Transport for London's handling of my FOI request 'Road Collisions involving TfL Buses Update'.
TfL's response to my request is long overdue. By law, under all
circumstances, TfL should have responded by now.

Dear Mr Kearney
Both your request for internal review and your original FOI request have
been answered. There are three separate request threads on What Do They
Know where you asked for essentially the same information on 3 September
2013. We sent the response to all 3 threads, but the site has only
published it on one request thread.
The original request was answered on 14 February.

Dear Guild Simon,
I would like to request updated TfL bus collision data for 2012/13
and 2013/14 YTD. For the avoidance of doubt, this a request for an
update to the same data set TfL provided in TfL Ref: 1931-1212,

name
;
(3) Summary details of the accident (i.e., pedestrian,
cyclist,
vehicle, other) and (4) London Borough where accident
occurred.
TfL has not provided an any update to the total road collisions involving TfL Buses that I have requested since September 2013 and the information that you are trying to say is a response is only a small subset of the data that I have requested.
Yours sincerely,
Tom Kearney
Dear Mr Kearney,
I have reviewed the spreadsheet that we provided to you on 14 February and it does appear to answer your request for information: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...
The spreadsheet titled "Bus Collision Data" presents the information by date, financial year, operator name, collision incident description, injury result description and borough. If you are experiencing difficulty downloading or opening the spreadsheet, or if you cannot see the columns or the 2138 rows of data contained within it, please let me know and I will try and provide it in alternative format.
The spreadsheet presents the data that you have requested in the same format as our response to FOI-1919-1213 using the criteria you specified. If there are other data that you believe should have been provided can you please describe that data.
We now publish bus safety data in even greater detail on our website at http://www.tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publicat...
Yours Sincerely
