Could you please provide the following information relating to a Road
Closure and Event planned for 26th December 2024 @ Station Rd. Alresford <
The Road will be Closed under TPCA 1847 Section 21 issued by Winchester
City Council on Hampshire CC owned and maintained highway.

1/ Please provide any documented details or the application notice from
the event organiser.

2/ Please provide details of the Event Planning information relating to
this event. This includes how the area will be closed for the duration of
the event & event management.

3/ Please confirm if the event was scrutinised by any Safety Advisory
group

4/ Please Confirm the date of the SAG Meeting and the attendees at the
meeting

5/ Please Confirm if a traffic management plan has been submitted

6/ Please provide a copy of the Traffic Management Plan

7/ Please confirm if a risk assessment was submitted with the application.

8/ Please provide details of the Risk Assessment associated with this
event.

9/Please confirm if any Public Liability Insurance has been Submitted for
the event

10/ Please confirm if Hants CC are providing any additional logistic
support such as road signs or barriers. If they are provided confirm if
any charge will be made

11/ Please confirm if Hants CC are providing any facilities including Car
Parks or other off loading provisions. If they are provided please confirm
if any charge will be made.
