Marie-Cristine Bastide

Dear Birmingham City Council,

I was involved in road accident on the 12th February 2016
around 8:30 am.

My car was hit in the left front side by a Black Renault Clio. I was on the inside lane of Birmingham road as I was going to turn right onto Middlemore road. the other car was coming from Park Lane and didn't stop at the give way and smashed into my car. They then reversed and drove off turning right onto Birmingham road.

I wonder if it possible for you to locate any CCTV footage of the
incident so that I can proceed with an insurance claim as they are denying the accident.

Regards
Marie-Christine Bastide
