Dear Transport for London,
Could you please send me the teaching materials, including scripts and slide shows, being used by the Riverlinx consortium in its school sessions about the Silvertown Tunnel.
Could you also confirm which schools have been given these sessions about the tunnel.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Transport for London,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Transport for London's handling of my FOI request 'Riverlinx teaching materials'.
This has been refused because the community engagement is being delivered by TfL's contractor, Riverlinx.
However, community engagement including "encouraging careers in engineering" is specifically mentioned in the Silvertown Tunnel contract (schedule 6, part 1, paragraph 2.7.13: https://content.tfl.gov.uk/silvertown-sc...). Therefore this function is being carried out on behalf of TfL.
I would also refer you to decision notice FS50483519. Here, training was being carried out by a contractor for a public body, and the ICO ruled that as the training was part of the contract, it was material within the scope of the Freedom of Information Act. https://ico.org.uk/media/action-weve-tak...
With the enormous public interest in the Silvertown Tunnel - most recently manifesting itself as questions to the mayor and a protest march through Canning Town, close to the construction site - I would like you to release this information and be as transparent as possible about this project.
Yours faithfully,
Darryl Chamberlain

Dear Ms Flint,
Thanks for coming back to me - I don't think WDTK will let me send my address to you via its platform, but I've raised this with the site admins and hopefully someone will be able to unblock your mail! If that doesn't work, if your email follows the usual TfL format I'll be in touch that way. Sorry about this!
Yours sincerely,
Darryl Chamberlain
Dear Mr Chamberlain
If you wish to send your email address direct to our FOI team then I can re-send my email. The address for our FOI team can be found here (I am unable to send the address as WDTK will automatically remove it) - https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparenc...

Dear Mr Chamberlain
I am contacting you with regards to your email of 6 July 2021. Following
your email a review has been carried out by individuals who were not
involved in the handling of your original request (the panel). You have
disputed the response provided to your request (FOI-0518-2122).
In your email you have stated the following - "I am writing to request an
internal review of Transport for London's handling of my FOI request
'Riverlinx teaching materials'. This has been refused because the
community engagement is being delivered by TfL's contractor, Riverlinx.
However, community engagement including "encouraging careers in
engineering" is specifically mentioned in the Silvertown Tunnel contract
(schedule 6, part 1, paragraph 2.7.13:
[1]https://content.tfl.gov.uk/silvertown-sc...).
Therefore this function is being carried out on behalf of TfL.
Having liaised with the Lead Sponsor in TfL’s Major Projects Team, the
panel can confirm that the presentation slides you seek were not held by
TfL or on TfL’s behalf at the time of your request as this was a specific
initiative undertaken and driven by Riverlix as part of their community
engagement. However as a gesture of good will, Riverlinx have provided
the panel with copies of the training slides you are seeking and we are
happy to provide these to you – please see attached.
Additionally Riverlinx have confirmed that these slides have been
presented to Oasis Academy Silvertown and a slightly shortened version of
these slides was shared with Mulberry School for Girls and Millennium
Primary School.
I hope the above has satisfactorily resolved your internal review request,
however if you are dissatisfied with the internal review actions to date
please do not hesitate to contact me or alternately you can refer the
matter to the independent authority responsible for enforcing the Freedom
of Information Act, at the following address:
Information Commissioner’s Office
Wycliffe House
Water Lane
Wilmslow
Cheshire SK9 5AF
A complaint form is also available on the ICO’s website
([2]www.ico.org.uk).
