River Tame flood risk strategy

Environment Agency did not have the information requested.

Dear Environment Agency,
I am writing to make an open government request for all the
information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations.

In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.
If however this request is too wide or too unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.
I am requesting a list of of alleged 3,100 residential and commercial properties that the Environemnt Agency claim are still at risk of flooding following the River Tame flood risk management strategy. I am requesting a list of these properties by house number, street and postcode.
I am also requesting the additional 2,300 properties by the same method, that it is claimed are likely to be at risk from "climate change" impact.
What methods were used to calculate the properties at risk from "climate change", when the theory itself has yet to be scientifically proven or defined with any unambiguous definition of what the "change" actually is?

I understand that under the act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days.
I would be grateful if you could confirm that you have received this request via the What do they know website address only. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future and request this information in electronic form.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Carroll
