Dear Independent Police Complaints Commission,
On the night of 2012-10-01, a disturbance occurred at the River House facility operated by the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. The Metropolitan Police Service treated this disturbance as a critical incident and deployed 48 officers including ARV, dog and TSG units.
Can you please send me information held by the IPCC about this critical incident, in particular any investigation report held by the IPCC.
