Dear Central Scotland Police,

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information(Scotland) Act 2002 into Risk of Sexual Harm Orders issued in your force area. There are two pieces of information I would like you to provide.

1. How many people in your force area have been issued Risk of Sexual Harm Orders by the courts without having been convicted of any relevant offence (that being a sexual offence against a child)?

2. How many of these people were under 25 at the time the order was imposed?

Response: 2 people within the Force area with 1 still live.

Response: None were under 25.
