Thank you for your recent request under the Freedom of Information Act, I
can confirm the following:-

Who is responsible for risk and Maeve Sykes our In-House Lawyer is
insurance within the Foundation responsible for Public Liability,
Trust? Employer Liability and property
insurance. She is not responsible for
any commercial insurance as the Trust
does not have any commercial insurance
as it does not undertake any income
generation activities so all activities
are covered by NHS Resolution.
Who, if you currently use, is your No broker is used, The Trust’s entire
incumbent insurance broker indemnity arrangements are provided by
NHS Resolution.
When is and your insurance renewal The indemnity is automatically renewed
date(s)? 1^st April to 31^st March each year and
the Trust is notified by NHS Resolution
in November/December prior to the
upcoming coverage of the contributions
payable.
If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your request, you
have the right to appeal and should in the first instance write to our
Information Rights Supervisor, via the email address

appeal to the Trust’s Chair. Our maximum response time to conduct our
internal review will be 40 working days.
