Dear Essex County Council,

For footways located in the Frinton and Walton CC division please identify the risk factors that affect the probability of impact of a risk occurring used in your risk assessment process.

This should include the weight given to the risk factors (if a pair-wise comparison is not employed by the council and other methods are employed in its stead please state what methodology is used, justification for it, and the outputs from that process).

Finally please supply for all footways in Frinton and Walton CC division the (weighted) risk score determined by the process used to analyse the network .
