REQUEST
I understand that Hanson Aggregates Kidlington rail Depot at Oxford Parkway Park and
Ride site provides crushed rock for HS2 construction. I would like to know whether
Hanson Aggregates has carried out a formal risk assessment of operations related to
this site. If such risk assessment has been carried out, I would like a copy of the risk
assessment.
RESPONSE
HS2 Ltd does not hold the information that you have requested.
Additional Information
EKFB has set minimum standards for vehicles and mandated use of specific routes approved
by the Council for vehicles delivering aggregates for HS2. However, the site does not service
HS2 only. Therefore, while Hanson Aggregates are not subject to the FOI Act, you may wish to
direct your query to them.

You have the right to complain to HS2 Ltd within 40 working days of the date of this response
about the way in which your request for information was handled and/or about the decision
not to disclose all or part of the information requested.
