Dear FOI Requests,

Thank you for your response to my request for an internal review. I note that you do not hold the information requested.

In your response you have suggested that I had widened my initial the scope of my initial request however this is not the case.

It is reasonably foreseeable that the health, safety and wellbeing of the public sector workers might be affected by decisions made by the Treasury.

I note your ascertain that individual organisations, as employers under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act, 1974, are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of their workers.

However, how does the Treasury ensure that these organisations (who are reliant on public funds apportioned by the Treasury) receive sufficient funding in order to discharge their Duty of Care without assessing the health, safety and welfare risks associated with their decisions?

I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Kind regards

Yours sincerely,

Matt Parkyn
