Rising Bollards situated at the end of Queen Street, Cardiff by the Nye Bevan statue

Re
I would like costings of the following:
1. Cost of Installation of each rising bollard in this location including work which was
done to the surrounding road and pavement including the
installation of signs and railings which were associated to the
project.
2. A cost of payments that have been made to any maintenance
contractor or company which have serviced this bollard from time of
installation until 28/01/13
3. A cost of any consultation work which has been undertaken since
the time of installation until l 28/01/13
4. If possible any costings which I haven't mention related to this
project.
5.Any planned expenditure.
