RIPA Inquiry

The request was successful.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am inquiring into the use of CCTV to monitor private spaces on King St in Hammersmith.

Can you please indicate if the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 is being used for any of the three CCTV cameras that are currently focused on to non-public space on King St. in Hammersmith?

If so can you please indicated from what date the RIPA has been applied, and for how long the act will is currently allowed to be used for?

Yours faithfully,
