At this moment in time we are unable to supply you with the information
you have requested as we need clarification on the following:

 

1.      Number of formal notices issued per year for each of the past six
years in relation to public rights of way.

 

Please can you clarify if you are requesting for temporary closures of
Rights of Way or other types of formal notices, i.e permanent diversions,
enforcement  etc?

 

The Freedom of Information Act requires that we process your request
within a further 20 working days of the date clarification is provided. If
we are unable to meet this deadline we will inform you of this and the
reasons why.
