Right to study
Dear The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service,
I am writing on behalf of my cousins who ricently moved to UK. They are 18 and 16 years old and both didn’t finish their studies back in Macedonia as they moved over.
They are on ‘EEA FP. Family member’ visa and we don’t know what rights or at what level they can get back to school here.
I’ve emailed a local collage here in Worthing providing them all their diplomas but I haven’t heard back from them. I would be really grateful if you could point me in the right direction.
Yours faithfully,
Frosina
Dear Frosina,
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately the below query would fall outside of our remit here at UCAS so I won't be able to directly answer your questions. My advice would be to check the Gov.uk website for further information on your cousin's rights under the terms of the visa you've mentioned. If you had any further questions I would encourage you to direct them towards Gov.uk directly. You can find the relevant webpage here: https://www.gov.uk/family-permit
I'm sorry I can't be of more help with this.
Kind regards,
Scott
