Right to Regenerate - Land/Buildings for sale

We're waiting for Mr Taylor to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Northumberland County Council,

I'm interested in the councils stance on right to regenerate and whether the council keeps a record of empty land and derelict buildings in the region, whether that's council land going unused or commercial / industrial land and buildings that have been dormant for a certain amount of time. Ultimately this would be to purchase to develop into living space for 1-2 families.

Yours faithfully,
Mr Taylor
