Dear  Paul Smith

Re: You Internal Review Request – Reference: 4002

The Internal Review process is instigated when a requester is not
satisfied with the information that they have received from the Council in
response to their request for information.

On 27 August 2019 you submitted a request for the following information:

Could you please provide the following information for every Right to Buy
valuation for 1 bedroom flats in Ben Johnson Court (Stanway Street) from
August 2009 to date?
Broken down individually by:
1. Valuation date;
2. Valuation amount;
3. Discount amount..

On 20 September 2019, the Council issued a response, outlining '.....that
no property has been sold in this block which fall within this criteria'.

In your email of 21 September, it appears that you were unsatisfied with
our response ans replied stating the following:

I have asked about Right to Buy valuations, not sales.
I need information similar to what Islington council provided here:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/5...
or Camden council here:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/5...

 Internal Review - Outcome

The Council has reviewed the initial response and your request has been
considered.

We would like to offer our apologies for any confusion caused by our
previous reply.

The valuation of properties usually proceeds sale, which is why the
previous answer was given; however, to clarify matters please be aware
that  since 2009, there have been no valuations of one bedroom properties
in Ben Johnson Court.

If you are still not satisfied following this Internal Review, you have a
right to appeal to the Information Commissioner.  She can be contacted at
