Dear Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please tell me how much you have received in Right to Buy Receipts in each of the past six years and, if not originating from the council, which organisations these receipts came from.

Please tell me exactly what social housing you have built with these receipts in the past six years and what social housing you plan to build with the receipts.

If you have not built social housing with the receipts please tell me exactly what the money has been spent on.

If you have returned receipts to central government please tell me the exact amounts returned in each of the past six years.

In response to your recent freedom of information request, I am able to
provide you with the following information:-

 

With regard to the amount received in Right to Buy Receipts and the
receipts returned to Central Government in the last six years, please see
the table below.

Retained receipts from RTB will be utilised as part of our future
regeneration projects. Projects include the Supported Housing for Adults
with Learning Disabilities scheme and Town Centre Master Plan. The number
of social housing units are still to be finalised.
