Dear Elizabeth Murray,

I am still awaiting a response to my request made on the 18th August. By law, I should have received a response from you by 18 September 2017.

Murray, Elizabeth, Southwark Borough Council

Dear Abbie O,

Thank you for your email.

I wrote to you on 7 September 2017 regarding your request for information and do not seem to have received a response since then. I'm not sure if there has been some sort of IT issue with any emails.

There were two issues with your query and we have stopped the clock on your request while we waited for your response.

Firstly, we cannot identify all of the information you have requested from the details you have provided. Please can you clarify what you mean by "Property description" in your request.

I also noted that you have not provided a full name in your email request and this detail is needed for the request to be considered valid. Please could you forward me this information.

Upon clarification and provision of your full name, we will process your request and send a response within 20 working days.

Please note we will close the request if we do not receive the information within 10 days of this letter.

Kind Regards

Elizabeth Murray

Dear Murray, Elizabeth,

I did receive a response from you but it was blank- there was no context just your information - I include the link below:

Property description refers to what the property is described as: flats/maisonettes /houses.

Apologies - full name is Abbie Omole.

Yours sincerely,

Abbie Omole

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Southwark Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Right to Buy Oxenford Street'.

I submitted a request on 18th August and as of now I have not received a response to this request. An initial response sent by Elizabeth did not contain anything and when I chase d up in September I was as to resubmit some information. I responded promptly and supplied the information, since then I have not heard anything back. I have sent a chaser in October and another one today.

Needless to say that this is not acceptable.

Can someone please review this request and reply urgently. By law I should have received a response in September.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

Yours faithfully,

A Omole
