Our response:
Please find attached the requested information held by the County
Council.
Some information has been redacted under Section 40 of the FOI Act which
states that the Council is not required to disclose the personal
information of either the requester or any other individual if disclosure
would contravene the rights of the individuals to whom the data relates.
The redacted data comprises of the following:-

o Names and contact information of staff.
o Names and contact information of third parties
The exemption applies because:
o Staff below tier 3 have a reasonable expectation that their details
will not be disclosed in the public domain
o 3^rd parties corresponding with the Council have a reasonable
expectation that their personal data would remain confidential.

I apologise for the delay in responding. The department have now confirmed that they have applied the 3 year time period for all three questions and that all correspondence with the HSE regarding the federation was provided as part of the original response.
