RIDDOR reporting (follow up request)

Richard Davis made this Freedom of Information request to Health and Safety Executive

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Many thanks for answering my previous query so promptly (see link below)

I fear I may have been ahead of myself in asking as I had not allowed for the ten day RIDDOR reporting window to have elapsed. My sincere apologies for troubling you again.

Could you please therefore confirm if any report has been submitted to the HSE in accordance with RIDDOR Regulations since last Monday (29th January 2018) by any of the following companies, namely: Amey LG, Acorn Environmental , or Servoca, for a 'specified injury' that would have occurred in Sheffield.

If so, I would also like to know if it concerned a fracture, what part of the body suffered the fracture, and what the causative factor was (ie. fall, violence at work, etc.)

Yours faithfully,
Richard Davis
